CANCELLATION POLICY

Unforeseen Emergencies may come up or the common reoccurrence of clients that either have messy schedules or are simply forgetful. 

 

As a business owner, By Irini New York needs to plan for situations like this, hence the cancellation policy. With a proper policy, By Irini can easily fix clients on the waiting list into the schedule once an appointment has been correctly canceled. By Irini New York values and respects your time and choice of her high valued services . Should By Irini New York need to cancel an appointment due to unforeseen events with less than (a specified duration) notice, she will provide an add-on or discount your next identical service with (a percent) of the service charge. We will timely reschedule your appointment based on your convenience. I strive to provide a personalized, positive experience to all my clients. When you book your appointment, the time is reserved exclusively for you. I take pride itself on high quality service, which includes on-time appointments and providing efficient, one-on one sessions and sanitation after EVERY client leaves the room. Timing is everything : you don’t want to infringe upon another client's appointment.

CANCELLATION POLICY AND FACTS 

By Irini New York : Services require preparation time to properly prepare the room for your treatment. Preparations may include the use of products. Due to the timing, cost of preparations, inflation, and to hold the room in anticipation of your visit, we kindly ask for the following considerations when booking and cancelling an appointment.

All services require a credit card to guarantee a reservation including services intended to be paid with a gift card.  Please have your credit card ready when booking. You will receive both a text and email when your appointment is booked.  Please make sure to check your Instagram / phone ( method of contact )  and be aware of any emails coming from By Irini New York . 

 

*Cancellations must be made 24 hr prior to appointment. Failure to do so will result in 100% of the service to be charged to the credit card on file. When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to these policies. A major credit card is required to hold reservation(s). By Irini New York is  dedicated to providing each guest with a memorable experience, please value our time as much as we value yours.  We recognize the time of our clients and staff is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time. You are giving By Irini permission to charge your card in the event of a late, cancellation, and/or a no-show.

 

(As a gesture of providing excellent customer care , if your appointment slot is filled in by an appointment, then we will wave the  charge)   No shows will be charged in full. Exceptions due to medical will be accommodated.

 

The below is to protect our By Irini New York Clients & Savannah, Ga . Some of our clients are immune compromised or pregnant so it’s VERY important for me to try my best to keep everyone safe . 

 

• SICKNESS AND ALLERGIES: If you show up for an appointment and are sick or getting over a sickness, or show signs of severe allergies, this includes but not limited to coughing, sneezing, congestion, you will be refused service and will be charged a $48  fee. 

• *NOTE: It is not advised that someone with a sinus infection, or severe allergies to get a facial at that time, as the skin can be more reactive, sensitive to touch and products used in treatments. It can be difficult to tell the difference between allergies / sinus infections and a cold or flu. If you have allergies that are causing you to cough, sneeze, congestion, sore throat and or runny nose. .If you arrive exhibiting symptoms of illness, we reserve the right to 

 

APPOINTMENT + ARRIVAL TIME 

We encourage you to book your appointment in advance. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment so there is time allocated for any last minutes questions and or service changes / upgrades etc. All NEW CLIENTS will have to fill out an intake form so please arrive prior to your appointment so this does not interfere with your treatment time. 

 

By Irini New York team will do best to accommodate Late arrivals, but full service time is not guaranteed to ensure all guests are provided with fair experience. 

 

Prices in US dollars. Prices are subject to change .Gratuity is not included. Our Front / treatment room is supplied with envelopes for your conveniences. 

 

*In the rare circumstance that Clients with repeating chronic ( a total of 3 ) no shows or last minute cancelations/ rescheduling within a time period will no longer be provided services. Any future services booked will be canceled.

• WHEN RECEIVING SERVICES /TREATMENT ROOM POLICY: Only the client receiving a service is allowed in the treatment room at the time of service. By Irini New York wants you to relax, and enjoy your service. It is important that the Esthetician is able to focus on your service and skincare needs. 

• PLEASE NOTE: that it is at the Spa's discretion to stop a service or refuse a service, if the service provider feels unsafe, mistreated, or harassed (verbally or physically) by a client, or if the service is not appropriate for the client, depending on the clients information provided at the time of consultation, medical history, injuries, or composition.

 

 

LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS: By Irini New York is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please keep all personal items with you.

It is the clients responsibility to read By Irini New York policies, pre care, aftercare, contraindications and disclaimers.  It is the clients responsibility to read all appointment reminders and request any appointments changes in compliance with policies.​

 

 *Note the cancellation policies and recommendations. 24 hr cancellations and no shows will be subjected to  charge of the booked facial. A kind suggestion to arrive 15 min early to file out any intake forms. Please arrive on time so it does not cut time from the facial appointment. Thank you.
